I have an interview for H&M on Tuesday for a new shop opening in October, but the problem is that I'm on holiday the majority of october, will this be an issue in my interview or will they allow me to start in November if I get the job?
You'll miss all the training of the store opening and it will go against you. However if you can prove you are a quick learner who likes to be thrown in the deep end and can handle it, then it shouldn't matter.
