can't use my user cp

not a techy so no idea what's happening but when i click user cp - it goes to the page and then constantly refreshes so i cant click anything. as soon as it loads, it refreshes. i'm on the summer skin, using chrome if that helps.

this has sorted itself now but you might want to make a new account of your own to check :S it was weird
