Go to "usercp" in the top right corner and then find "Edit Signature" on the left side tool bar underneath the "My profile" section. Alternatively you can just click HERE.

And for the usertitle, only donator or VIP members can have custom usertitles.

Unfortunately, it said "Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature."! :( Why?!

Keep trying, it will work eventually. The forum just has to catch up after you have made 5 posts so you can change your signature. :P
