RS Section = Crap

Whats happen to the RS section? years ago it used to be so good and now it's just utter **** if you ask me, only around 5 people actully post stuff here now. but it always says like 20+ people are viewing the section?

We need to do something to get people back here, any ideas?

The whole forum is dying.

It is a shame but the gaming section as a whole has been fairly quiet in recent months. Hopefully it can pick up again soon though!

It's a very big shame the RuneScape forums aren't as popular as they once were. One problem we have is that we seldomly hear suggestions with regards to improving the RuneScape section of the forums (for the most part they've remained the same for the past years). It would be nice to implement any RuneScape features into the forum, or, it would be nice to hear from you folks how you'd think we could promote the section as a whole.

I'm not necessarily sure that's a true statement. For the past few weeks specifically, I've been observing the forum statistics of a select few Habbo forums. By a fair margin HabboxForum still has more activity than any other English forum I've looked at.

It isn't that other forums are surpassing HxF, Dave.

The problem lies with the so-called supports of their fansites, Habbo. Less people generally use fansites - especially now they get so little recognition.

Maybe we should hold some events? on RS and try get players to the section.

An RS channel perhaps, with people posting guides + pking vids, all that malarky.

With a direct link to the forum aswell, would increase the RS userbase by a few percent.

Ah Oleh that would be cool :)

I remember when people from the RS section would voice their opinions and suggestions only to be ignored or told no "this is a habbo forum".
Habbox might have more traffic than other UK Habbo fansites, but that doesn't change the fact that it's not as popular as it once was - in any section.

TBH, I don't think you need to change anything about the RS section. Not much point as there aren't enough active users any more... And let's face it, you're not going to attract more users from outside Habbox (unless they play Habbo too).

I think a lot of people grew up with Habbox and have just moved on from Habbo and such. I mean you still get people who have formed close friendship groups that post and people that check back to see what's going on (I fall into the last category).
