That's just taking the whole idea of a material Christmas way too far. What happened to it being about family etc rather than the amount of £££ you get? :rolleyes:

Why are these adverts always about mums and make out the father isn't involved in Christmas at all.
Dad's far too busy at the office earning the pennies so Mum can go shopping, obviously :rolleyes::P
lol, christmas hasn't been about anything besides commercialisation for a long, long, long time. that's why i hate adverts/shopping/everything during the christmas period. it's like BUY THIS, BUY THAT, YOUR KIDS WON'T BE HAPPY WITHOUT IT and you get parents running around town trying to get thatspecific gift for whoever. no thank youQuote:

It's not until you get a bit older that you actually begin to appreciate Christmas and understand what it is meant to be about. Spending time with family, giving as well as receiving (innuendo :P) and just generally having fun with the people you care about and the people who care about you :)
lol i watched the advert and dunno what's the complaining about? it's not all for the kids, itclearly saidbuy this for grandad, buy this for "mother", buy this for dad, buy this for uncle, buy this for kids which is after all what christmas adverts are all about.:P
