GTA IV

I have just bought it for PC and it seems to be very laggy for my laptop, I am wondering if my laptop cannot handle it.

Any ideas?

Buy a Desktop.

No laptop under 2 grand will run GTAIV well.

Did you check the system requirements before buying it? GTA IV does need a good computer for it to run nice and smooth.

My system requirements went well past it, nearon double it all.

Where did you check? If it was systemrequirementlabs, then that has a habit of overestimating your specs.

run it at lowest also i'm sure gta iv is notorious on the pc to giving a bad fps

I checked the back on the game case.

Maybe it would be best for you to share your specs

Make sure your drivers are up to date, GTA IV performs lousy on bad drivers.

This is my laptop I am trying to run it onhttp://www.littlewoods.com/sony-eb4e...totalResults=1and I do not know how to update my drivers as my laptop is not found on the Sony eSupport :S
