Under settings there is a backup account setting or a download all User data link, use that :)

https://www.facebook.com/settings down the bottom -> Download a copy of your Facebook data.
yeah it's not fast though it takes about 24h to send the download link via email.
got it sorted guys using a chrome extension, cheers tho +rep shane, can't rep u beth soz.
