It's an ad. As the image is hosted by the habbo site and it's currently down it simply links to the maintenance page.
Yea it links to the maintence page, definitely not the new way of maintence breaks, just a bug im sure

Lol it would be funny if it did actually close in 2 seconds, wouldn't give you much time but I'm sure they'll fix it.
that would have been cool tbh maybe they should start doing this :D so it gives us time to like tell people in events and stuff
