What are people's favourite cheeses?

I love cheese although I am trying to cut down. What are people's favourite cheeses?

I really love Wensleydale, seriously strong cheddar and Port Salut

i don't really like cheese to be honest
i just like parmigiano reggiano on top of pasta

i love cheese.

if i was to choose a favourite it would either be cottage cheese, red leicster or cheddar.

I eat too much cheese :P I love extra mature cheddar, brie and stilton :D

Stilton Eden and Urm that one with cranberries in!! Even though I'm allergic to cheese!
