Are you sure you didn't say anything homophobic or rude in another room? It looks like you've only gone in that room (because of welcome wired?) so you may have been reported in another room and it would have taken them a couple of minutes to issue you with a warning/ban. :P
I'm not saying you did say anything, it's just a possibility. :)
