I have being thinking. (not a good thing if i think)
I think that in the Help desk we should allow all the Groups for DJ's (we love Dj _____ ) should be displayed so that the users of the forum and helpdesk can join the rooms to support our DJ's and maybe even motivate them :)
No because you shouldn't portray listeners as fans you should portray them as friends, a community.
