What O/S do you use?

Eh, just curious what operating system people use.

I could probably guess what the most popular answer is going to be..

And the reason is probably because you haven't tried any other.

Anyway.

Android

The first operating system I used was Windows XP. Few years later, switched to Ubuntu.

I am currently using Windows 7 though. :)

Why is it Linux / Ubuntu?

Didn't want to use one option for both so thought it'd be easier to use it as one. Both use Unix.

I think the point they're trying to say is why did you list ubuntu with linux and none of the other countless distros

and why is it not multiple option as i'm sure tons of people use more than one.

Urm, ubuntu is based on linux which is based on unix making the "/ubuntu" pointless
