Way to collect a email / paypal email from a eBay item

Is there any way to collect a registered ebay email address or a paypal address via viewing a item?

Im not sure what you mean. If you mean is there a way you can view there email/paypal then no there isn't, The only way you can contact them is if they leave there email or use the ebay messaging.
