I was wondering if anyone here has done the Insanity workout, and if so if they'd recommend it?

@RemelKiid; you on the about the cardio workout? I looked at it about 3 weeks ago, I dont do much Cardio other than Rugby training, Im more Weights and Mass building but anyway, when i looked at it, i thought it was just an overpriced workout! Whats the reason you want to do this? Lose weight or get fitter? or both? Look at some of the workouts on Bodybuilding.com, if you dont like any of them, message me, i'll happily design you a homebased workout or a gym workout specifically for your goal..
Building mass is less cardio, and I havent read reviews on Insanity mate, just looked and it looked all cardio? I may be wrong but i do hardly any cardio, just lift heavy and eat loads!! got some yoghurt with me now :D!!
If you want to build mass then just eat on a surplus and go to the gym on Starting Strength, Stronglifts or some other beginner program you fancy. All these 'workout programs' are just cardio garbage.
Bodybuilding.com, Kris Gethin, Jim Stoppani Shortcut To Size etc! although most of them are American Diet plans, i just work with my own diet plan and supplements!
it's not worth buying a hyped up program like this when you can get the same results just by going to the gym and taking supplements and stuff. I saw this advertised yesterday on TV actually and I was like... the actual? Doesnt seem very healthy to push yourself until you're nearly DEAD imo ;/ (ok exaggeration but you get me)
Kris Gethins new plan - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris...-training.html
Steve Cooks plan - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stev...g-program.html
and then Jim Stoppani S2S (good plan) - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/shortcut-to-size.html
Sorry i love getting into a gym convo haha!
