even with this new system, some people are getting away with stuff and not banned

Standing in the habbo subway and someone was telling another girl to kill herself and bullying her, i reported and it said action had been taken but it hadnt and the user just carried on then I reported someone who was saying to someone else 'im going to **** your mum' and talking about it in details etc and i got the same message after about 7 mins and no action had really been taken.... and reported 2 similar things in this room and got the same response.. the mods r meant 2 have changed now but i am not seeing that today at all!!
