for me it would probably be dark hair and light eyes (like me) or dark hair and brown eyes
On boys I don't like blonde hair typically but girls its ok :P

I know Ginger/Red hair and Green/Brown eyes is rare but i thought i'd add it:)
I'd have to agree with what you said about the Brown hair and blue eyes/brown eyes, it's a lovely combo.
I actually love red hair with green eyes myself, which is what I have. For some reason quite strangely all my good mates have green eyes like me to ha ha
Brown hair and blue eyes is definitely a nice combination as well though :)
