It's not that bad to say you've lengthened the ponytail she originally had. However, the angle she is facing is odd which makes some of the hair look out of place, such as the part of the fringe that really sticks out. I'd probably try rectify that a bit, maybe make it so that the hair is coming down both sides as opposed to one. The wristbands look a little flat, they need to be rounder which can be done with shading as at the moment it doesn't look like it goes around her hand but is just stuck there if you get what I mean. Like I said though it's not that bad but I can't really comment on shading a the colour of hair makes it harder to see.

The new version looks better definitely, as samanfa pointed out, it looks better with hair on both sides :)
Oo ye thats better,
i quite like it though I feel the hair is still a little weird though! I feel the shape of it at the bottom is a bit off personally and could do with being pushed in. Other then that i quite like it ;o
