Weird Message Question

I was on habbo and browsing a room, when all of sudden, a weird message came up saying something like this:

"You may now leave your comp room now, next inspection in Wednesday at ? GMT, thanks"

Unfortunately I forgot to take a screenshot but it came around 8:50 EST. It was really weird but does anyone know what that message is/was about? Thanks
