I've only seen people with the gold one, is it possible that it wasn't distributed yet? Perhaps they're just being really strict and not allowing rooms with just the minimum furni in and if so good for them

How many votes in general does one need to get a top 100 score?
I got a participation badge, and I have seen people with top 10 and top 100, but I think staff are very vigilant now in disqualifying rooms without the required furni/ doing giveaways at the wrong time and being caught. You def stuck to the rules throughout the entire thing? Message powertoo or help tool!
Yeah I didn't get the badge either, it's a shame really as I did spend a lot of Credits and time making it :P.
