Just spotted this on the radio, not sure if someone has before:

The last line should be 'which is permitted under THE Habbo...'

It is Oy. It's part of the company name.

It is Finnish for corporation/company

I think there does need to be a 'the' but yeah Oy is part of the company name as Kieran mentioned :¬:
