bad idea to use an imager for the scuba guy at bottom left
none of them have shadows
the badge is pixelated and the H is uneven
also pretty disturbing to know the 547x143 size is still being used, pretty sure t0m and i changed that.

Good attempt, but I really don't like the enlarged Hx badge, just doesn't go right with the rest imo. You should add a border, might look a bit better too, and as david said you should add shadows.
The scuba guy is chels.. LOL. And they aren't smiling or doing anything, on the left some feet are lower than others.. not a very good job.
I did tell you how to improve, first thing, don't make some people higher than others. No need for such a -rep comment.
