Yes you can make categories in friend settings

most of the people you see on my 'friends' section is people needing to be moved to other lol

The drag friends thing has been like that AGGGESSSSSSSSS, i always click it and get it stuck on my mouse. -.-

Although it'd be useful, it also makes it easier for people to go and add hundreds of people and then spam them all.
