Sulake is looking for a Global Advertising Operations Manager. The Ad Ops Manager is responsible for local advertising sales globally by supporting our 3rd party sales agents, traffic planning, preparing proposals, implementing sold campaigns and reporting all results.
Key tasks:
• Preparing advertising proposals for Habbo that require bespoke in-game campaign features.
• Maintain an up to date sales pipeline reviewing this on a weekly basis with our partners and reporting progress to the business.
• Prepare project plans for campaign implementation including delivery schedules and optimise communication between all relevant departments.
• Be responsible for trafficking and optimizing all sold campaigns using the then current advertising server systems.
• Maintain accurate and up to date sales reporting using business contact management systems.
• Provide up to date product feature briefings to partners that represent new advertising sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular Ad Sales newsletters and other promotional information distributed to our partners and direct sales customers.
• Source new sales leads from industry press ensuring our partners follow them up. Developing and sharing local case studies and best practices to the wider Global Advertising Sales Team.
We hope you have online ad operations experience, strong analytical skills and good attention to detail. You are a team player, good communicator and have good business writing skills and project management skills. We appreciate media knowledge and understanding of the local youth culture. You are also fluent in English (both oral and written).
Looks like their hiring again! I guess this advertising manager makes campaigns within the hotel having to due with promotions outside the hotel, like long ago. If he/she succeeds, then maybe we can see some nice campaigns, such as the WOWP event or Alvin in the Chipmunks, etc. :D
