Clearly she moved on, so I would dump her and have to get over it.

Feelings are always around with a serious relationship, but distance and time is the best cure. Hang out with friends, and stay away from being alone. Loneliness creates thoughts and memories which are unhealthy. There are the 7 stages of grief that you must be familiar with if you want to move on.

You'd end the relationship obviously, unless strange circumstances.

If somebody cheats on you and you forgive easily then you'll just be taken for a ride as they say.
