Forum Broke

Whenever I come onto the forum homepage I cant scroll down, it gives me two scroll bars and when I scroll on either it glitches me back to the top :<

Its resolved itself :P Whatever someone did, that worked :P

I'm on Chrome and I don't have the same issue as Alex, but when I go directly to habboxforum.com the entire page shifts to the left which is kinda annoying.

Does it solve it if you delete cache/cookies?

can i take a shot and say it's the side panel causing all the problems ever
