Big blue cockerel comes to roost on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square

Pretentious and unimaginative - like all modern 'art'.
The good news is though, that when Her Majesty eventually passes into the next life..... there are plans that the Fourth Plinth will then be used to permanently place a statue of Elizabeth II there...... meaning we'll have a genuine piece of art work and a historic statue in the heart of our capital city rather than the rubbish we've been forced to endure. :P I do love it though when these artists etc all say 'it makes you think' - and i'm thinking yeah, what a load of rubbish.
