It is going so weird for me today

I have had about twelve of theses today.
I don't report, wtf?

I usually always get that when I report someone for bad chat, I question if mods can even read sometimes. But odd that you're getting it and haven't reported someone. Maybe someone keeps reporting you and the mod was sending the message to the wrong person :) idk
