Considering the new survey I'm guessing they're thinking of making it no longer a job :P which makes sense since help desk doesn't actually need a manager anyway and SNQ can be picked up by events (if they're not too busy!!!!!!!!) but yeah wd Erin I knew you well and couldn't have made it through without you
