Jean Chretien/Queen Elizabeth II hoax phone call

Back in the 1990's the French speaking part of Canada held a referendum to decide whether to remain a part of Canada or become independent.... a referendum that was only just lost by the Quebec side at a ratio of something like 49.5% to 50.5% - anyway, at the time a radio DJ actually managed to get in touch with Queen Elizabeth II (who is also Queen of Canada) and posed as the Prime Minister of Canada who wanted Quebec to stay within Canada. He asked her to make a public speech stressing the unity of Canada and here's the prank call if anybody is interested: and it is 100% genuine, that is the Queen talking.
