I had 6 which was when I was News Manager/Assistant Rare Values Manager I believe :P.

Sam's had 5 and I think so has Hayden. I just think 4 is literally the edge of what's physically possible, although some departments are way more demanding anyway.

If I could be bothered, I'd probably go and get into 7 departments just for the lulz. They all need the staff except HxL/HxHD
