The maximum size for the Sapphire usergroup is 140px x 140px so you're currently at the limit.
When you get to 5001 posts, you'll be in the Emerald group where you can have an avatar of 150px x 150px

When I have his post and David's post below it on my screen they look very similar in size, trick of the mind... ;)
