From what Im seeing looks like public space furniture by the look of some of it
I'm gonna have to go with loser here and believe that it's a bit of public space furni that slipped through the cracks when the rest of it came into public hands.

yeah its from the 299c bundle by credits only which is why not many have one, i got one tho :D!
