They have probably a saw a rise of ban appeals in regards of this. There's been a number of threads on here about people getting banned as they have said they are under the age of 13 etc.
i tell people i'm 40 does this apply
lol, I don't see why habbo is just now cracking down on underage players. haha, Should ban all those who pretend to be babies too.. I can't stand those people!
I know about three people who've been banned due to it recently..

i do actually recall back in 2006-2007 when people who got underage banned when they changed the date of birth limit (before you could put in anything) and staff REQUESTED PASSPORT SCANS. LOL.Quote:
