In the scenario that everyone involved is aware of what's happening and are doing so under their own will, what's your opinion of polygamy?

I'm really not fussed about the whole matter.
As long as it isn't limited to just polygamy (ie: polyandry is also allowed) I see no problem with it at all. It seems ridiculous to me that it's perfectly legal to marry one person and be constantly cheating on them behind their back, but it's illegal to completely love two or more people at the same time with everyone involved being totally consenting to the situation.
Polygamy isn't the opposite of polyandry, polygamy covers polygyny (multiple women) and polyandry (multiple men).... right?Quote:

I tend to be a jealous person, not outrageously jealous, but I don't think I could hack myself or a partner with anyone else, physically or emotionally, whilst already with said partner.

I'm not entirely sure of the progression of gay marriage into polygamy if I'm being honest. It might change the 'principles' of marriage, but I'm pretty sure it's still between individual entities. Just being used as a scapegoat.Quote:
