yes but the trade values go up if people want it and goes down if a less deamnd of the furni item
also ppl wnt profit so it goes up and somtimes rares r neglected n they go dwn
But like the snowglobe is a forgotten rare, people forget it exists so when it comes to buying it no one is selling them, there values might go up because the person buying really needs it.

if buyer is more than seller ,then the value will up a bit to balance the nombor of buyer and seller .
