Opps!! Error #30 and 87%

Anybody recognize this picture?

I've been searching for basically 2 days on how I can solve the issue. I've cleared my cache, used different browsers, restarted my computer, signed on different accounts, and turned off my firewall. Nothing's working.

But the strange thing is when I got on Habbo at 2am, I was logged on like normally. I tried to get on again now, at 2pm, it shows the same error.

Does anyone know what to do or has anyone experienced the same thing?
