Modern House

I started doing this as a bit of a play about but got totally in to it. This is the end result!

Looks good, I like the use of the Blue Lights for near the pool/hot tub thing. Also the tile effect looks good there too :P.

That's probably one of the more sophisticated house designs i've seen! I actually really like how you've not gone over the top with any of the furniture types. I love the rooftop pool (the bar has been made really well) and the penthouse leading out onto the balcony. Overall I think you've done a really good job. You seem to be quite the creative type (not only with your graphic skills but Habbo too). I can see why you've become a room builder :) Nice work.
