You mean on the the editor? The little red speech bubble is the button for it.
you'll only see it if you're using advanced editor as well
the ones missing are gfy and twitter

The advanced editor shows up at all time for me.
It's the little red speech bubble with the black !
Shows for me :) on basic editor
That explains it all :O i never use advanced editor :P
