How easily do you get breathless?
It's a simple question.
I wasn't the most sporty person at all in school but I could easily run cross country for ages and we were always running around (good times that are gone forever) so that's probably what kept me healthy. However recently I have noticed that I can get breathless like jogging up stairs at university which is AWFUL so I need to sort it and get back on track when I am out of here.
So I get breathless quite easy now which is scary. But then again whatever happens happens.
