Has anyone had this kind of issue? I'm a little bit confused - is my keyboard the problem?

Are you able to try the USB keyboard in another computer at all? That way you can determine if it's your computer or the keyboard itself.Quote:

Have you tried all possible USB ports? It may sound daft, but sometimes half of mine stop working (alongside my touchscreen ability), so, although unlikely it might be that.
