if u have an arm wrestle with someone stronger than you and keep it steady in the middle with both people applying pressure. that helps your muscle strength.

drink milk,your muscles will get stronger,buy some weights and use them,go to gym and stuff,I was in a mini fight 2day wiv one of my so called friends :o
Well get the "leader" on his own and kick the **** out of him give hima good beating and tell him not to come back :)
