ExpressHabbo is looking for General Staff!

We're currently on the look out for some general staff, from Radio DJ, Media Team, Graphics Staff all the way to Events Hosts (​including some management posts, i.e. radio manager :o)

ExpressHabbo is a fansite that opened it's doors on 5 May 2015, and is constantly on the look out for new engaging staff members to take part in the community...

ExpressHabbo's Core Values
Our values are fundamental to how we work every day at ExpressHabbo through the forums, radio and Habbo Client. These describe how our staff are expected to work and conduct themselves and the experience people can expect when they talk to a member of our team. This is integral to what we do and how we do it at ExpressHabbo.

NON-JUDGEMENTAL
We focus on who you are now, not who you were... Our approach to the staff that apply, users who use the community to the people who attend our events is to be non-judgemental to them. We do not wish to form a prejudice opinion of someone who uses our community. Even if you are believed to have a bad reputation within other communities, we wish to welcome you into ours with a non-judgemental approach. Our staff will take time to understand people's positive motivations before judging their actions, giving constructive feedback, focussing where possible, on strengths. We also aim to be supportive, and empathetic to our community.


EMPOWERING
We wish to embrace change and new ways of working at ExpressHabbo. We would like to develop your knowledge, skills and abilities by joining our staff team. We are also wanting to play a major part in your own personal development as a member of our community by taking part in a varied amount of opportunities that we may offer at ExpressHabbo, whether that be volunteering in our staff team or just chatting to someone for support.


APPROACHABLE
Here at ExpressHabbo, we wish to be approachable. This will involve our staff being opened minded and valuing the diverse backgrounds that the community is from. We will also be fully engaged in listening actively and understanding where a person is coming from before reaching any form of conclusion. We will also be able to embrace that each person is different and respect their view, culture and characteristics.


PASSIONATE
We are committed to supporting you, and demonstrating an energy and tenacity to deal with challenges which may arise. Our staff will be championing the work that we do, and hope to be positively involved as a community to achieve results together.


INSPIRING
We lead by example here at ExpressHabbo. We will be displaying a "can-do" attitude and strive for excellence and quality in every task. We hope for our community to have the confidence to speak up and discuss what they don't like about the community and what they would change. ExpressHabbo is for you. Not the management, not the site owners, you. You are the members of the community and you are who make this community work.
