David Cameron says he will not rule out Britain leaving the EU
David Cameron will issue a dramatic warning to fellow EU leaders this week that he may have to recommend a UK exit from the European Union if they reject his demands for reform.

Nice to see him admit exactly what I have been saying, nearly word for word despite the howls that the world would end if we dared leave.
