Yeah that's an automated reply too. I've asked for name changes in the past and they just shrug you off.

The reason that's there is if you're being bullied or something about your name. Long ago there was a method by contacting the help tool to get your name changed by saying you were getting bullied
I did try it again a few years ago and they weren't interested, so I'm not sure if they do it at all anymore

I thought it was there because it's a really frequently asked question and a lot of Habbos don't know you can't actually do it so would be sending in the question under another category? It makes sense to have an automated answer with that category

They haven't allowed you to change your names for a very long time now.
They let you change your username if theres a short cut of a bad word, they ban you then ask to change. I was Cheeseybish for 3 years until I got coins etc then they banned me.
