Click The Set Of Scales At The Top Of Someones Post
Tick Good Or Bad Rep The Give A Reason For Repping
Hi you should see some set of moving scales on your post or some else's if you click someone else's scales it will show you a little box with either you want to good/bad rep him/her and plus explaining why you want to rep him/her.I hope this helped you :)
