What's your biggest accomplishment in the past 3 years?
just kind of having my life on track and generally where I want to be and all the little things that made it happen
probably finishing school
Graduating high school in 2014
I think I'd have to go for getting recognised at work and rewarded for what I do. Where I worked previously was a small family business and there was always a promise of a management role but because of the size of it, there was no room for another management position and it was just waiting and waiting for nothing. Although I still work for a relatively small family business, it is on a larger scale with a proper management structure and everyone to the top is aware of what I do for our store. Heck they even gave me a payrise after being there for 3 months when people who had been there for 8+ years were still on the minimum. This year they gave me a further payrise and made it clear where they want me to end up in the company but I do have a bit more faith in that actually coming through in this place
moved to a different country and will be getting my second degree in december
Dealing with life and the death of my parents in the time span of a year, and learning to adjust without them and living with my brother as a teenager. I guess I can't really call it an achievement because I am not really done dealing with it but.
I also have been going through a lot of medical issues. ESRD and dialysis, new diagnosis's of fibromyalgia and many more, but I feel like I have adjusted fairly well. My health has taken a plummett but I feel like I am doing a good job making adjustments to better benefit myself and my health.
Basically being able to continue on and let things go and letting things shape me as a person without getting too freaked out. I feel like I have changed a lot over the past 3 years, good and bad, and I am really proud of myself. Even if I may be more of a b**** now haha .
Mine would probably be graduating uni and getting the job I wanted.
