Premonitions - feeling like something is gonna happen?

Does anyone else get like the strongest feeling something is going to happen to them in the future? IDK if it's just like paranoia or worry or something but I just have the strongest feeling I'm going to get cancer at some point in my life :/

My family isn't exactly cancer-free but it's not something that's had a massive impact on loads of the family so it doesn't really seem based in reality at all but yeah I just can't shake the feeling.

I always have dreams about it - not being diagnosed or the bad stuff - but doing the fund-raising aspects of it, shaving my hair off and donating it to the LPT. I never really have like anxiety over it, my head has just kind of accepted it?

One time I did actually get a dream where I got diagnosed and it was really awful, I think I woke up pretty soon after convinced it had actually happened, that was bad.

But yeah, do you have a premonition of something that's gonna happen to you? Good or bad???

I'll ignore it until it happens, i don't want to get frustrated or panicked and live each day feeling so much anxiety that something
bad is going to happen. If it happens, it happens for a reason. If it doesn't, that means it wasn't meant to be. I've felt once
that i would not survive high school, that i might die before that because i wasn't coping good in school much and i was
constantly bullied last time. But i just, y'know persisted until the end of exams where i won't have to see them again, i always
made myself think that i could do everything alone, i do not need their "fake sympathy" help, so with that mindset, i
graduated high school (:

I'm a natural pessimist so I assume the worst things will happen and if not, well how lucky. I often watch videos/read stuff on numerous terminal illnesses and have thought about being diagnosed with them and what I would do. Think about it often.

I don't think I will make it to 30 so if I do then hey what a nice surprise.

I don't have a premonition of something that's going to happen to me but my mum reckons she's going to win the lottery next year lol. Fingers crossed I guess xx

Yes all the time. Not even things that are likely to happen either, I think my imagination just goes wild sometimes. I was convinced my college was gonna be the scene of some horrific bloodbath by some crazed gunman. I have absolutely no idea why and it didn't happen (obviously and thankfully!).

There was this one time my aunty introduced me to this stranger and while he was talking later that day, I thought that there was something fishy about him and he was probably a conman. I put it down to my wild imagination. A year or so later, he vanished, having tricked my family and friends into giving him thousands.

I also think I'm going to end up with diabetes. I don't think that's the work of a wild imagination, this one is more likely to happen with all the sugary junk food I eat.

my brother was diagnosed with a neuromuscular disorder so I read all the symptoms and was like yup that's me!!! and planned out my life living like this, then I found out I didn't have it
similarly I have a lump on my back and I was like well I knew it I have skin cancer I'm gonna spend the last few years of my life doing chemotherapy and making sad videos of me carrying out my bucket list SAYANORA!!! doctor "oh its a cyst its harmless"

oh similarly to mike I always think about like car crashes gonna happen in front of me, being part of a terrorist attack or something. I think its probably to do with anxiety and intrusive thoughts.

Yes I was telling a coworker I had a bad feeling about the day on Wednesday and then literally half an hour later later my mum came in saying they thought my dad had had a stroke and I needed to go see him now.

Also I got a bad feeling the night before my grandma died.

But I don't believe in the supernatural or a sixth sense or anything like that, I think we just subconsciously pick up on signals we don't register noticing.

just like if the chances are something bad is gonna happen it probs will

just hope if it does i'm in a position to be in control
