Looks and sounds like McGuinness is at death's door from his resignation interview.

Why should she be in prison?
Oh I didn't see the "he" bit, that perhaps explains my confusion. Thought something dodgy was going on behind the scenes I was unaware of.

He isn't even worthy of prison, deserves the noose.
