my body image causes me so many problems i do get sad about it cs all of my friends irl are skinny girls so i feel like the odd one out
not happy atm coz ive put a lot of weight on recently cos exam stress and binge eating lol :) also w exams i tend to spend a lot of time indoors just sat at my desk but ive got a summer plan 2 get back in shape which i started today woop!

I used to be really skinny. Eat anything and I'd never put on weight but now I'm pushing it. I'm not overweight but I have a slightly big belly, I just cba to exercise at this moment in time

Def got a lot to lose these days, used to be so thin you could almost see my spine through my stomach and now you can almost see my stomach wrapping around my spine

I had to learn to love my body even if it's not at it's ideal possibility. I would say it's been a struggle my whole life. I feel once I go 100% Vegan it would get better. I say it doesn't matter if you don't like the number it's about first loving yourself before you make a change.

I go to the gym 3 times a week if I can. If I’m having a busy week I will atleast try to go once! I need to lose weight and gain muscle. Well more bothered about getting rid of my beer belly lol, but for now I’m focusing on cardio and weights and already noticed a difference but haven’t had any weight loss and such since muscle does weigh more than fat*+*+ next I need to sort out the food intake and get the right things on board to help me develop quicker and become the worlds strongest man
