I had a break from the game and see people all new things but dont know how to find them to buy.

I had a break from the game and see people all new things but dont know how to find them to buy.
Other than the ones that are in the catalogue constantly (which you can see just by going to the "clothing" tab) there are also old costumes:

And there's a whole load of "rare" clothing with bits and pieces released sporadically, either with bundles or on their own. Not sure where you'd find a full list of only clothing items, but rare lists should have them
